Apply for any special treatment licences your practice needs. Check with Barnet Council for North Finchley, Camden Council for Finchley Road or Islington Council for Holloway Road.
Finchley Road rooms have Use Class E building control approval.
Private Offices & Workspaces
Private offices: starting prices on enquiry. Rent is quoted per office. Standard tenancy terms apply, with 24/7 access.
Day workspace: from £25 a day through our address plans, subject to availability on the day.

- Before trading: obtain relevant consents, food hygiene certificates if selling food, and a trading licence if your activity falls outside council permissions.
- Signage: outside your unit, within deemed consent rules.
